An unusual eye graft procedure requires Steed to assist in the transportation of corneas from Switzerland to London. After Mrs. Gale and an eye surgeon become suspicious of the procedure, the surgeon is murdered. The intended recipient of the grafts is a millionaire who has been blind since the war. Steed sends Mrs. Gale undercover as a biochemist to the home of Martin Halvarssen in Switzerland to observe the operation. They discover that the corneas are actually from a live donor, Eva Braun, and when Braun is later found dead, suspicion falls on a member of Halvarssen's team…
