Batman Cast

Holy Arachnophobia! Mrs. Max Black, otherwise known as the Black Widow, arrives in Gotham to cause a crime wave. Together with her henchmen, Tarantula, Daddy Longlegs, and Trap Door, she visits the American National Bank, the Beneficial Bank, the Commercial Bank, the Diversified Bank, the Empire Bank and finally the Federal State Bank, using her brain short-circuiter device on each of the presidents - all of whom are called Irving - to make them happily hand over large sums of money. Batman and Robin realise that the Black Widow is working her way through the banks alphabetically, and so decide to set a trap at the Gotham General Bank. When the Black Widow and her stooges break in, the Dynamic Duo avoid having their brains short-circuited with the aid of their Anti-Short-Circuiting Batelectrodes; but the avaricious arachnid then sprays the Caped Crusader with paralysing spider venom and makes her escape. Shaking off the effects, Batman and his trusty chum follow the webby woman by using the Odour-Sensitometer Radar Circuit in the Batmobile to trace the gas fumes from the Widow's motorcycle to a small farmhouse. However, the two heroes are thrown off the scent by two mechanised dummies disguised as an elderly farm couple, unaware that the Black Widow and her men are not far away…
