Wiltshire, England: an athletic commando with incredible physical powers and the ability to dodge bullets breaks into the Ministry of Technology Research Unit; but is when he is then captured by guards, his mind has inexplicably regressed to that of a child. Nemesis is called in to investigate, but Sharron is tricked into taking part in a secret experiment by Doctor Glind, a power-mad scientist. After Richard and Craig attempt a rescue, the trio find themselves up against Susan, Jean and Paul - three superhuman test subjects whose powers have been augmented by Glind to take out the Champions!
