London, England: a young woman named Jane Purcell gets a drugs fix while at a nightclub, but after leaving she experiences a bad trip and crashes her car. Tremayne informs Craig, Richard and Sharron that Jane is the twelfth victim of a deadly consignment of tainted drugs, which is reportedly about to be released in bulk. After the Champions are despatched to track down the supplier dealing the narcotics, Sharron poses as an addict and is leaded to a pusher, a peanut vender, and finally to an Eastern embassy...
