'Tiny's Orchestra' by Daniel Postgate

Tiny loves making music, and while playing her pan pipes she asks Mother and Major Clangers what time of tune they would like. When the two grown-ups ask for different types of tune, Tiny decides to compose something that will please them both. With the help of Small Clanger, the Flowers, Baby Soup Dragon and the Froglets, Tiny forms an orchestra, and together they play the new tune; unfortunately Mother and Major don’t like it, and poor Tiny gets terribly upset. How can Tiny find the perfect tune to make everyone happy?
