'Skipper the Eye Child' by Garth Marenghi

After being raped by an inhuman, cyclopean monster, a male patient immediately gives birth to a baby that can only be described as a giant eye. Reed, Doctor Sanchez and Liz view the creature with horror, but Doctor Rick Dagless M.D. feels other emotions stirring; faced with visions from his past as a husband and father, Rick finds himself drawn to the eye-baby, which he names Skipper, after his late son (a bug-headed boy tragically killed during a freak bouncing incident). When his friends and colleagues declare Skipper to be an evil monster that must be destroyed, Dag takes the child into his custody and goes on the run…
