When Fry chooses to save a human from a rogue Parade Day Parade float instead of saving a robot, Bender gets angry and vows to kill himself. Unfortunately, the Suicide Booth he picks turns out to be one of his ex-girlfriends, and she murders him instead. Mourning the death of their friend, the Planet Express gang cut up his robot body for souvenirs. Meanwhile, Bender’s spirit gets stuck in the Wi-Fi as a ‘software ghost’; stuck in limbo, he haunts the Planet Express offices until he meets the Robot Devil, who takes him down to Hell and offers him a deal: Bender can return to his body if he scares Fry to death – but if he fails, Bender will be condemned to an eternity in Robot Hell…
