Tim pays a visit to ‘Graybag’s Pet Shop’, where he buys a Barbara Woodhouse Dog Training Kit; after dressing up as the canine expert Tim proceeds to train his new dog, but his efforts have more effect on the people passing by. Seeing an opportunity, Graeme throws out all his animals and starts selling people instead, dressing them as dogs, mice and monkeys. Tim buys Bill (now dressed in a dog costume) and takes him home, but after a few weeks he gets bored with his new pet and decides to throw him in the river; fortunately for Bill, Tim can’t bring himself to go through with the terrible deed, and his change of heart leads him to found the T.C.P.C.P. – ‘Tim’s Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to People’. With all the unwanted people living rough in the wild, Tim vows to round up the strays and give them a new life at the ‘Battersea Man’s Home’; however, his plan goes too well, and he ends up inundated with people. With all the animals in the world having been eaten by the human population, Graeme proposes putting all the stray people to work doing the jobs that animals would do; but then he goes too far, setting up ‘Dr Graybungle’s Farm’ to breed people for food…
