Tim and Bill discover that Graeme has transformed their office into the top secret control room for ‘Project Moon’, a new plan by the British government to put a rabbit on the Moon. Graeme successfully sends two Astro-bunnies, Flopsie and Spiro, into space in a second-hand Saturn V rocket, but six months later, all contact is lost with the capsule. Refusing to send more rabbits on a dangerous recovery mission, Graeme elects to send Tim and Bill instead, and it isn’t long before his unwilling chums are en route to the Moon – their terror turning to anger when they learn Graeme hasn’t actually worked out how to get them back. Crash-landing on the lunar surface, Tim and Bill discover the place overrun with rabbits, the offspring of the missing crew. Taken prisoner by vicious bunnies and brought before their leader, Flopsie – now calling himself ‘Big Bunny’ – Tim and Bill are brainwashed into believing they are rabbits and then returned to Earth on a mission to take over the world. With more rampaging rabbits arriving and the planet’s population transforming into bunnies, Tim and Bill embark on a rampage of carrot-fuelled violence. Unless Graeme can stop his friends, it looks like Big Bunny’s invasion will succeed…
