'Kung Fu Kapers' by Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bill Oddie and Graeme Garden |
When Graeme and Tim decide to teach themselves Kung Fu, Bill reveals that he is a Master of the Lancastrian Martial art of ‘Ecky Thump’. A certified Black-Belt-and-Braces in this ancient art, Bill refuses to divulge the secret of his deadly skills – until Graeme and Tim provoke him into challenging them to a martial arts trial on Primrose Hill the next day. Using all their skills and energy, Graeme and Tim put up a brave fight, but they are no match for Bill and his black pudding. Soon the whole nation is taken in with Ecky Thump: Bill becomes a martial arts movie star, and the country falls into chaos as everyone copies him. With the fame going to his head, Bill decides to lead his fellow acolytes to take over Parliament. Can Tim and Graeme stop the Ecky Thump rebellion?
