'The Possessed' by John W. Bloch

David Vincent is contacted by Ted Willard, an old college friend who runs a private sanatorium with his older brother Martin. It seems that Ted is concerned about some peculiar experiments that Martin is performing, but when Vincent arrives to help, he finds that Ted has apparently forgotten everything. After Ted then tries to kill him, Vincent uncovers a plot by the invaders to use radio-implants to program human beings into carrying out their orders…
