Joe 90 in the BIG RAT

Professor Ian 'Mac' McClaine has invented a machine known as the B.I.G. R.A.T. Brain Impulse Galvanoscope Record And Transfer which can transfer the brain patterns of any person into another using a mind-altering process and a special pair of glasses. After Mac shows the device to his friend, Sam Loover, it is not long before he is approached by Sams boss, Shane Weston, the director of the organisation W.I.N. - the World Intelligence Network. Shane explains to the professor how his nine year-old adopted son, Joe, can become W.I.N.s most special agent, and describes a scenario in which Joe is given the brain patterns of a top Russian pilot and sent on a dangerous mission to steal a Soviet Mig 242 fighter plane...
