Bigtime TV's ‘Whacketts’ is probably the stupidest television game show ever made, but it is also the most watched. Ratings are going through the roof, and the viewing public are even risking their lives in order to stay tuned twenty-four hours a day. While Carter’s curiosity is piqued, the head of Network 66, Ned Grossberg, is infuriated. Carter investigates, and soon learns that ‘Whackets’ is akin to a video narcotic…
