Meanwhile, Jennet of Elsdon, a beautiful village herbalist, and her husband Thomas are accused of witchcraft and sentenced to death by Abbot Hugo. The Sheriff of Nottingham offers to spare their lives if Jennet uses her powers to render Robin Hood and his band of outlaws helpless, thereby putting them at the mercy of Gisburne and his men…
