'Face of the Tiger' by Don Shaw

A man named Alistair McFadden arrives at Whitecross, and is welcomed by the community. He seems to be a very gentle man, and tells Greg and the others that he has lived alone for the last year. However, the shocking truth about their new arrival soon becomes apparent to the members of the community when Hubert finds an old newspaper cutting in Alistair's jacket - revealing that the community's latest arrival is a convicted child murderer…
