MI.5 agent James Bondson contacts Lady Penelope and asks for her assistance in tracking down the stolen plans for a nuclear weapon, which were stolen from a boat in France. To expose the thieves, Lady Penelope poses as a model named Gayle Williams, newly arrived on the French Riviera, setting herself up as a target to lure the criminal gang into the open. But her plan works too well, and she is kidnapped and left in a boathouse along with a deadly bomb…
