Thunderbirds Are Go Cast

Africa, their guide contacts International Rescue for help. Scott and Gordon take Thunderbird 1 on a rescue mission, but impenetrable fog and the thick tree canopy in the valley prevents them from landing. While Scott circles in the sky, Gordon parachutes into the jungle, only to get his canopy caught in a tree overhanging a river; luckily for Gordon he is saved from falling to his death by the arrival of Ellie, who is searching for her missing husband. Chased by a huge lizard, Gordon and Ellie flee into the jungle, where they find an area filled with giant vegetables and a research base belonging to Orchard Industries. Inside the deserted complex is Buddy, who seals the exterior doors, locking the massive reptile outside. John contacts Gordon from Thunderbird 5 with information on the base: Orchard Industries was experimenting with a new type of growth serum, but was shut down when the Global Defence Force discovered that the villainous Hood was a secret partner. Deducing that the reptiles have mutated in size after eating the genetically modified vegetables, Gordon, Buddy and Ellie cautiously explore the complex, alerted by the sound of other lizards that have broken into the base. After an encounter with another of the monstrous reptiles, the trio come across a hoverboat and a canal leading to the river; Gordon has to make some repairs to get the craft working – but the tools he needs are surrounded by two very large and very hungry lizards…
