Thunderbirds Are Go Cast

Captain Ridley O’Bannon takes a GDF patrol ship to check on the Eden spacecraft, a huge unused generation vessel hanging between Earth and the Moon. After docking with the derelict, Ridley runs a system check; to her surprise an alert sounds out, and as she watches Eden inexplicably reactivates itself. After sending a warning to mission control, Ridley hears a voice, but before she can investigate the airlock opens and she is sucked out into space… Aboard Thunderbird 5, EOS detects Ridley’s distress signal and informs John; he immediately takes an exo-pod suit and flies off to Eden. John quickly locates the captain floating adrift above the lunar surface, and then fixes a leak in her spacesuit; but Ridley refuses to be rescued, insisting that they return to Eden to find out what is going on. Back on Eden, John and Ridley see the image of a skull-and-crossbones on a viewscreen and fend off an attack from one of the spider-like maintenance bots. After detecting life-signs in the power core, John is surprised to meet Alan, who has brought Thunderbird 3 to Eden to help out. Making their way through the ship, the trio receive a warning to leave and then find themselves temporarily stuck to the wall – someone has been supercharging the power core, and the entire ship is being turned into a giant electromagnet. Reaching the power core, John, Alan and Ridley find it swarming with reactivated robots; they also find two hapless space pirates, Reece and Dobbs, whose attempt to plunder Eden of scrap metal has gone wrong: the stealth tech on the pirates’ spaceship woke up the construction bots, who have resumed building work on Eden. The Pirates decide to reverse their signal – but that just causes the robots to reverse their programming, and they begin tearing Eden apart… Thomas Brodie-Sangster (John Tracy / Pirate Dobbs), Rasmus Hardiker (Scott Tracy / Alan Tracy), Teresa Gallagher (EOS), Rosamund Pike (Captain Ridley O’Bannon), Vas Blackwood (Pirate Reece)
