F.B.I Special Agent Dale Cooper and Sheriff Harry S. Truman

Newly-returned Major Briggs has no recollection of where he has been, but finds a strange tattoo on his neck. Deputy Andy Brennan and Dick Tremayne investigate Little Nicky's past. Nadine Hurley and teen-hunk Mike Nelson become involved, as do Big Ed Hurley and Norma Jennings; Hank Jennings attacks Big Ed, but is beaten up by super-strong Nadine. The strain takes its toll on Shelly Johnson and Bobby Briggs’ relationship, and Leo comes back to life. Ben Horne continues his descent into madness, re-enacting the American Civil War. Evelyn Marsh asks James Hurley to kill her husband. Agent Cooper is captured and tortured by Jean Renault, but is rescued by DEA Agent Dennis Bryson and Sheriff Truman. Windom Earle attacks the sheriff’s office, and makes the first move in a deadly game of chess with Agent Cooper…
