Ben Horne confides to Jerry Renault that only the missing Catherine Martell can prove his innocence. The One-Armed Man escapes. Pete Martell tells Ben that Mr. Tojamora is really Catherine in disguise - and that she wants to strike a deal with him. Agent Cooper fails to realise that he has met Laura Palmer’s killer.
