While calling Freeman from his car one night, Commander Straker discovers that his car has been bugged. When film secrets and classified S.H.A.D.O. information regarding a rendezvous between <I>Skydiver</I> and a supply ship are then leaked to the press, it becomes apparent that Paul Foster is the only suspect. A military court martial is called, and the members of the tribunal find him guilty of leaking information under Article 183 - the penalty is death. But Straker and Freeman remain unconvinced - can they uncover the real culprit in time to prevent Foster’s execution?
