Learning that a U.F.O. is heading for Southern England, Commander Straker decides to allow it to land so that S.H.A.D.O. can capture the alien pilot. Meanwhile, in a remote cottage in the woods, Liz Newton and her lover Cass Fowler plan the murder of Liz’s husband, Jack. However, when the injured alien unwittingly stumbles across the cottage, Liz shoots him instead. Foster and his team take Liz and Cass to S.H.A.D.O. headquarters for questioning, but then Liz's husband arrives at the cottage, causing Foster to suspect that the alien's death may not have been an accident after all…
