War of the Worlds Cast

"Don't be scared. This won't hurt you."

Whilst covering a story concerning the government’s transportation and dumping of radioactive waste, reporter Elyse Conway and her cameraman inadvertently record footage of an alien taking over the body of a truck driver. When Norton’s supercomputer intercepts a transmission between Elyse and her boss at ‘Channel 6’, he and the rest of the team at ‘The Cottage’ become excited at seeing the first recording of an alien. Through a ruse, Harrison and Ironhorse manage to trick Elyse into allowing them to take a copy of the material, but this only serves to pique the reporter’s interest. Meanwhile, the aliens take over Beeton, a remote town abandoned several years ago after a radiation leak irradiated the area; here they create a horrific assembly line, giving their freshly revived alien brethren new host bodies chosen from abducted human victims. Following a lead, Elyse pays a visit to the town, but is soon captured by the aliens. Then Harrison and Suzanne arrive in Beeton to continue their investigation – unaware that every one of the seemingly-innocent townsfolk around them is in fact a deadly alien warrior in disguise…
