War of the Worlds Cast

"Paul is dead."

An iridescent spacecraft arrives at the site of the World’s Fair and converts itself into the form of a black-clad woman. Talking of a seven day mission, she immediately seeks out disguised aliens and begins slaughtering them, demanding to know the location of the Advocacy from her dying victims. With forty aliens murdered in just two days, Harrison, Norton and Susanne are at a loss for an explanation, while Ironhorse suspects a mutiny amongst the invaders. Elsewhere, the three Advocates are in a state of panic, believing the humans to be responsible for the massacre of their troops. As the number of slaughtered aliens rises, Harrison surmises that a new breed of aliens has entered the game; Ironhorse proposes setting a trap, luring the aliens to a secure warehouse using Norton’s idea of playing back recordings of the aliens’ transmissions. Although the aliens know they are walking into an obvious trap, they still enter the building in the hope they can turn the tables on their human attackers; however, as the Colonel’s troops surround the aliens, the assassin appears and opens fire on the invaders. Having captured Ironhorse, she takes him to a secure location and reveals that she is a Synth from the planet Qar'To, sent on a mission to destroy their mutual enemies. Excited at the arrival of an ally in the war, Ironhorse quickly returns to the Cottage to brief Harrison and the others. But is this Angel of Death telling the whole truth..?
